A friendly reminder to all, the 2023 Football Frenzy Raffle Tickets was distributed at the WV Organizational
Meeting in July 2023. All sold ticket stubs must be turned in by October 17, 2023.

Raffle tickets may be obtained for a purchase price of $10.00 each. If you purchase 2 tickets, a 3rd ticket is
offered free after registration of the previously purchased tickets with Green Bee. The first $5,000.00 from
this Fundraising Event, less expenses and prize payouts go to support Catholic Education in West Virginia.
The next 60% in proceeds go to the West Virginia Scholarship Fund and any remaining monies go to support
of the West Virginia State Council General Fund. I ask that you strongly promote this Raffle by encouraging
every Council’s participation within each District. Increased sales correlates to much needed funding -
enabling the Knights of Columbus, West Virginia State Council, to continue the many goods works throughout
our State and other jurisdictions.

The Knights of Columbus, West Virginia State Council, Special Fundraising Report should be used to report
the results from the Footabll Frenzy Ticket Raffle. If you need a copy of this form, please contact me. Once
you have completed the form, PLEASE SEND THE ORIGINAL COPY, along with your PAYMENT CHECK TO:
